Club Fees 2011/12
Please see the attached file for all club fees for the season 2011/12. This details all memberships:
Youth, Students, Men and Women (Juniors must be under 18 on 1 Jan 2011 and be at school or registered unemployed. Students must provide proof of their status, such as Matriculation Card or offer of Place)
Both recreational and elite, for indoor and outdoor hockey.
Fees have NOT changed from last season please use this link which will let you know what your subs are Fees 2011-12
Once you know your fees for the season you need to complete this form Senior Membership Form 2011-12 and forward it to Richard Millar, 23 Ramsay Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 2SE. You can also submit by email rwsmiller@lineone.net. This form indicates to the club how you will pay your fees and allows us to affiliate you to the Scottish Hockey Union.

Junior membership Form 2011-12. This form should be completed by all Junior Members as it holds essential information - please ensure that you complete the form, paying attention to enter the correct email address - this will be used for all correspondence and selection.
All fee should be completed at the latest by 30th June 2012.
As always if there are any issues please contact a Member of the Committee as soon as possible.
Please note - No requests for subscription discounts will be considered should a member decide not to participate in Indoor Hockey. This now applies equally to both men's and women's subscriptions.
